Postup přijímání a adaptace zaměstnanců v Základní škole a Mateřské škole Svatobořice - Mistřín

Abstract

The objective of this thesis is „Employee recruitment and adaptation procedure in primary school and nursery school Svatobořice – Mistřín“. First chapter deals with the issues that I will solve in next chapters. The second chapter is about recruitment of employee and adaptation, about each step of this procedure and activities for organization which recruits new people properly. Objective of the third chapter is the history of organization, its present state and today's structure of employment. Fourth chapter is dealing with analyzing the current state of process in the organization. Where is an interview with the director and deputy director of the school. I get this kind of information from employees which use questionnaire. This questionnaire is about the issues of recruitment and adaptation procedure in organisation. With this questionnaire I evaluated and compared all of the theoretical site's of this process. In the fifth chapter I focus, what I found in the analysis. After this I am suggested appropriate solutions of problems in the organization. And the end in the last chapter I summarized the result of this thesis, my findings and recommendations in the organization.
