Týmy pro podporu virtuálních operací v ochraně obyvatelstva

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou týmů pro podporu virtuálních operací a jejich využití v ochraně obyvatelstva. Nejprve je rozebrána oblast komunikace s veřejností, a to zejména v kontextu moderní doby, která je pevně spjata se sociálními médii. Další část práce zahrnuje analýzu poznatků o týmech pro podporu virtuálních operací ve světě. V poslední části práce je pak navržen koncept přístupu k vytvoření týmu pro podporu virtuálních operací v České republice. V této části je rovněž představena celá řada možností, jak fungování týmu přizpůsobit podmínkám v České republice.

The thesis deals with the issue of the virtual operations support teams in civil protection. First, the section of communication with the public is analyzed, especially in the context of social media generation. The next part of the thesis is an analysis of the knowledge about virtual operations support teams and their activities around the world. In the last part of the thesis, there is a suggestion how to create a team to support virtual operations in the Czech Republic. This part also presents a number of possibilities how to adapt the team activities to the conditions in the Czech Republic.
