Abstract
My bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of relationships with suppliers. Describes why the creation of partnerships with suppliers an important component of the overall quality management system. In the theoretical part, i describe the selection and evaluation of suppliers and also activities related to the evaluation of supplier performance. The performance evaluation of suppliers follows the practical part of the thesis, the aim is set up an improved process for supplier evaluation Borcad company.
