Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je optimalizace a řízení zásob ve společnosti ARMATURY Group a.s. Hlavním cílem práce je charakterizovat systém a řízení zásob ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části je popsána a vysvětlena charakteristika zásob a jsou popsány analýzy ABC a XYZ. Obsahem praktické části jsou výsledky v teorii popsaných analýz a hladina pojistných zásob. Jsou navrhnuta doporučení, které jsou vhodná pro společnost.

The topic of this thesis is the optimization and inventory management in ARMATURY Group a.s. The main goal of the thesis is to characterize the system and inventory management in the selected company. The theoretical part describes and explains the characteristics of stocks and describes analyzes ABC and XYZ. The content of the practical part is the application of analyses presented in the theory and determination of the level of insurance stocks. Recommendations are suggested that are appropriate for the company ARMATURY Group a.s.
