This thesis titled "Family house in Ostrava, inspiration Tadao Ando" deals with the design of a family house for a family of four members.The proposed facility is located on the end of the built-up area in Ostrava – Polanka nad Odrou. This location is characterized by buildings family homes, which was realized in run last about ten years. The building of the house is located at the northern boundary of the property, its distance respecting the street line created by existing development. The total mass of the house based on the mass of the rectangle and is finished flat roof. Ground floor of the house consists of a large open space - a living room, a kitchen area with dining and study, which naturally creates a center of daily family life. Floor object is then generated purely private zone of individual family members - bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is completed with detached garage for two cars. Construction of the house was from the beginning designed as a brick building. For the realization of the object was chosen system Porotherm.
