Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is analysis of present corporate culture in small business, create plan of new culture, find the main differences and problems. Theoretical part provides a theoretical basis of those topics and problems. Practical part include using chosen methods and the results. At the end of the thesisare specified requirements for improving corporate culture in chosen company.
