Analýza ekonomických dopadů při řešení ekologických škod vzniklých těžbou v hnědouhelném revíru ve městě Most

Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with the elimination of environmental damages caused by brown coal mining in the Most region and economic impacts on the city of Most. It describes the legislative framework to address environmental damages and subsequent revitalization. Also deal with the role of the municipality in the revitalization projects and also describes selected revitalization projects of the city of Most. The thesis contains comparation of spent funds from the „15 miliard conception“ budget, city of Most budget and financial resources from private sector. In conclusion, the State assistance in dealing with the revitalization process is needed and it is also necessary to solve the legislative measures to getting additional funding sources for revitalization, because financial resources of "15 miliard conception" are limited.
