Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is Elaboration of a Business plan for a Home for the Elderly. The theoretical part defines the terms related to business and also the structure of the business plan, which serves as a guide for processing the practical part. The practical part presents a specific business plan. Contains business description, environment analysis, VRIO and SWOT analysis, marketing plan. The company's human resources, operational plan and financial plan are also listed. Possible risks of the project are also mentioned.
