Verejnoprávna regulácia reklamy v televíznom vysielaní v Českej republike a na Slovensku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on differences in public-law regulation of TV broadcasting in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. The aim of this thesis is to compare the public regulation of advertising in television broadcasting in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and to create a comprehensive overview of the current legal regulation in this area. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter contains a general description of advertising, its purpose, history and legislation. The second and third chapters present the legislative regulation of advertising and the regulation of certain products in television broadcasting in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In the practical part, there is the comparison of Czech and Slovak legislation analyzed form the point of general and TV broadcasting regulation view.
