Návrh podnikatelského záměru pro založení účetní firmy

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření návrhu podnikatelského záměru pro založení účetní firmy.

Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, část praktickou a přílohy, které doplňují obě části. V teoretické

části je definováno založení a vznik obchodní korporace s konfrontací se založením živnostenského

podnikání fyzické osoby, možnosti financování, doporučenou strukturou podnikatelského záměru.

V praktické části je vypracován podnikatelský záměr s finančním plánem a administrativními kroky

nutné k realizaci založení a vzniku společnosti s ručením omezeným. Práci uzavírají přílohy, které

doplňují informace proveditelnosti.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a proposal for a business plan for founding an accounting firm. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part, the practical part and the annexes that complement the two parts. The theoretical part defines the establishment and establishment of a corporate corporation with the confrontation with the establishment of the entrepreneurial business of a natural person, the possibilities of financing, the recommended structure of the business plan.

In the practical part there is elaborated a business plan with a financial plan and the administrative steps necessary to realize the establishment and creation of a limited liability company. Work completes attachments that complement feasibility information.
