Analýza a zhodnocení poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

The theme of this master thesis is the Analysis and Evaluation of Employee Benefits Provision in Selected Business Company. The purpose of this master thesis is to characterize the employee benefits of the joint-stock company XY. The theoretical part is devoted to the classification of the employee benefits from the theoretical point of view, as well as a characterist from the tax and accounting point of view. The practical part is devoted to the specific employee benefits provided by the joint-stock company XY and the employees' satisfaction with the employee benefits is found using the questionnaire survey method. In the final part the result of the questionnaire survey is evaluated and a solution for improvement is proposed.
