Vzorkování a analýza vzorků z požářišť

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá odběrem a vyhodnocením vzorků z reálného místa požáru po označení přesného místa služebním psem Policie ČR a následným stanovením hlavního akcelerantu hoření. V počátečních kapitolách se diplomová práce věnuje teoretickým základům vzorkování, výpočtům vzorků, následně práce popisuje nebezpečí kontaminace a druhy vzorkovnic. V další podkapitole je práce zaměřena na popis pomůcek, plánování, realizaci a dokumentaci vzorkovacích procesů. Třetí kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou vzorků z míst požárů. Následná kapitola se věnuje metodice úpravy vzorků z požářišť a jejich analýze, poté je v další kapitole uvedeno finální vyhodnocení laboratorních analýz vzorků. Šestá poslední kapitola shrnuje výsledky této diplomové práce.

The diploma thesis deals with the sampling and evaluation of samples from the real fire site after the marking of the exact place by the police dog Police of the Czech Republic and subsequent determination of the main burner accelerator. In the first chapters the diploma thesis deals with the theoretical basis of sampling, sample calculations, the work describes contamination hazards and types of samplers. In the next subchapter, the work is focused on description of aids, planning, implementation and documentation of sampling processes. The third chapter deals with the characteristics of samples from places of fires. The following chapter deals with the methodology of the analysis of the samples from the fireplaces and their analysis, and then with the final chapter of the final analysis of the laboratory analyzes of the samples. The sixth chapter summarizes the results of this diploma thesis.
