Databázová aplikace pro správu smluv a dokumentů ve firmě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací webové databázové aplikace sloužící ke správě smluv a firemních dokumentů. Hlavním cílem aplikace je centralizace evidence dokumentů, zajištění jejich přehledné správy a automatické upozorňování na blížící se konec platnosti dokumentů. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy související s relačními databázemi, návrhem databázových systémů a technologiemi využívanými při vývoji webových aplikací. Součástí je také charakteristika programovacího jazyka Java, technologie JDBC, servletů, JSP a webových technologií HTML a CSS. Další část práce se věnuje specifikaci funkčních a nefunkčních požadavků navrhovaného systému. V praktické části je popsán návrh databázového modelu, architektura aplikace a implementace jednotlivých funkcionalit s využitím programovacího jazyka Java, databázového systému MySQL a webového serveru Apache Tomcat. Součástí práce je také testování vytvořené aplikace.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of a web-based database application intended for the management of contracts and company documents. The main objective of the application is the centralization of document records, ensuring their clear management and automatic notification of approaching document expiration dates. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic concepts related to relational databases, database system design, and technologies used in the development of web applications. It also includes the characteristics of the Java programming language, JDBC technology, servlets, JSP, and web technologies such as HTML and CSS. Another part of the thesis focuses on the specification of functional and non-functional requirements of the proposed system. The practical part describes the design of the database model, the application architecture, and the implementation of individual system functionalities using the Java programming language, the MySQL database system, and the Apache Tomcat web server. The thesis also includes testing of the developed application.
