dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na Smart city a ochranu obyvatelstva, datované k přelomu roku 2017 a 2018. První část práce blíže charakterizuje případovou studii a ochranu obyvatelstva. Dále je objasněn pojem Smart city a s tím související Metodika konceptu Smart city. V další kapitole jsou popsány koncepty Smart city ve vybraných městech Evropy a České republiky. Navržení projektů ke zvýšení ochrany obyvatelstva ve Smart city a jejich vyhodnocení uzavírají diplomovou práci.cs
dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis is focused on Smart city and population protection, dated to the turn of 2017 and 2018. The first part of the thesis is characterized by a case study and protection of the population. The term is also clarified Smart city and with it related Methodology of the Smart city concept. The next chapter describes Smart city concepts in selected cities of Europe and the Czech Republic. The design of projects to increase the protection of the population in Smart city and their evaluation conclude the diploma thesis.en
