Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with discharge of debts as a way of solving debts. The goal of the work is to show how to solve resolving insolvency or impending insolvency, and to investigate in depth the process of discharge of debts. Within the work are defined the general ways of solving discharge of debts, but the work is particularly focused on the problematics of discharge of debts and its process. The practical part include real case studies that occured in practice, which are to clarify the process of discharge of debts and its impact on the debtor. This work can be used as a practical manual for the general public or for the participants of the insolvency proceedings themeselve.
