Podpora malého a středního podnikání v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat a zhodnotit podporu malého a středního podnikání v Moravskoslezském kraji na Operačním programu Průmysl a podnikání, Operačním programu Podnikání a inovace a Regionálním operačním programu Moravskoslezsko. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na popsání politiky hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti a vymezení podpory malého a středního podnikání v Evropské unii a České republice. Ve druhé kapitole jsou popsány jednotlivé výše uvedené programy podpory, jejich priority, zdroje financování a cíle. Třetí kapitola je věnována již samotné realizaci podpory podnikání v Moravskoslezském kraji, je zde srovnána úspěšnost s dalšími kraji ČR, graficky jsou zobrazeny počty žádostí a úspěšnost projektů.

The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to describe and evaluate the support of small and medium enterprises in the Moravian-Silesian Region in the Operational Programme Industry and Enterprise, Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovations and the Regional Operational Programme Moravia Silesia. Bachelor Thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on describing the economic and social cohesion and the definition of small and medium enterprises in the European Union and the Czech Republic. The second chapter describes all the above mentioned assistance programmes, their priorities, funding sources and targets. The third chapter is devoted to the implementation of business support in the Region itself. It gives a comparison of how successful are the other regions of the Czech Republic in the programmes and graphically displays numbers of applications and projects success rates.
