Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of debt relief of married couples. The first part is devoted to the basic characteristics and definitions of insolvency proceedings, which is described in the first chapter. The whole process of debt relief for married couples in insolvency proceedings is described in the next chapter. The second part of this diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and evaluation of case studies of married couples' debt reliefs from practice.
