Název bakalářské práce: Enterprise as Assets of Enterpriser: Enterprise operations

This bachelor thesis deals with enterprise operations. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The introductory part is characterized by the basic concepts and those are the enterprise, enterprise assets and part of the estate. The second part summarizes the various commonly used transactions with enterprise. Subsequent chapters are more devoted to the enterprise sale and transfer of business undertaking, as a subject of nonmonetary contribution. The next chapter deals with the valuation of enterprise and here are briefly stated the methods of valuation. The main part of thesis - the practical part is devoted to a comparison of enterprise sales and enterprise investment of selected companies. Sales of the enterprise took place between Granimex Co. Ltd., as seller and GRANIMEX CZ Ltd. as the buyer company. Enterprise investment has been implemented to STAVITELSTVÍ BLÁBOLIL Ltd. by enterprise Tomáš Blábolil – Stavitelství In the end was implemented a comparison of these two transactions.
