Abstract
The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to present the importance and function of OP Education for Competitiveness and further demonstration of its use on the specific project. A partial aim of this Bachelor Thesis is the socio-economic analysis of the Moravian-Silesian Region.
The Bachelor Thesis is divided into five chapters. The introduction is followed by the second chapter named Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness and its position in the programming of EU Structural Funds in the CZ, which is divided into three parts. The first part describes EU regional policy theoretically, in the second part we discuss the programming of EU structural assistance in the CZ and the third part introduces OP Education for Competitiveness itself. The following chapter, the third chapter of the Bachelor Thesis deals with the socio-economic analysis and regional structure of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The fourth chapter is devoted to the analysis of a specific project, which is implemented in the municipal territory of Bohuslavice. The project is implemented and financed through the above program. This chapter describes the basic specifications of the project, description of activities and target groups of the project, its schedule, publicity, budget, sustainability, outputs and outcomes. The final chapter discusses the overall evaluation of this Bachelor Thesis.
