Posouzení bezpečnostních rizik majících negativní dopad na činnost obecního úřadu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením současného stavu fyzické ochrany objektu obecního úřadu. Úvodní část je zaměřena na problematiku právních předpisů a technických norem, které se vztahují k fyzické ochraně objektu obecního úřadu. Další část se věnuje jednotlivým složkám fyzické ochrany a projektování bezpečnostních systémů. Následuje charakteristika objektu, popis současného stavu zabezpečení a popis režimových opatření. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na management rizik vybraného objektu. Na základě provedeného managementu rizik jsou zpracovány dva návrhy inovativních opatření. Následně je vybrán efektivnější návrh a doporučen vedení obecního úřadu k realizaci.

This thesis deals with the assessment of the current status of physical protection of objects of the municipal office. The introduction part is focused on legislation and technical standards that relate to the physical protection of the building of the municipal authority. Another part deals with the individual components of physical protection and security systems design. The following is characteristic of an object description of the current security status and description of regime measures. The main part is focused on the risk management of the selected object. On the basis of risk management are handled by two proposals for innovative measures. Subsequently, the selected effective proposals and recommendations to the management of the municipal authority for implementation.
