Abstract

This thesis deals with the proposal adaptations, in particular arrangement of the common areas and apartments, in relation to the improvement of the operation of the economy. Layout designs are realized in three variants, including their economic evaluation and subsequent projection of the overall operating economy of a residential building. The theoretical part describes the history and present of rental housing, here are price maps rent for the site Ostrava - Jih, the ability to draw housing allowance from the state housing finance from the perspective of the owner. We also describe the current status of a residential building in relation to the knowledge of the investigated area. Accompanying, summary and technical report describing specific proposed changes. The practical part also contains an economic evaluation proposed changes. The annex contains photographic documentation of the current state budget and drawings of the original and the new proposed state in three variants.
