Abstract
This thesis is focused on assessment of the bed thickness of Quaternary measures/structure in the selected geological regions in area of the Moravian-Silesian district (Nort-East of Czech rep.) The thesis consists of three parts. The first parts deals with natural conditions in the selected region. The second part is focussed on evaluation of the thickness of Quaternary measures. The last part describes the field-work. The selection of outcrops, description of the characteristics of the rock in the outcrop which are related to sub-regions of the geological regions in the forenamed area.
