Analýza a zlepšování interních auditů a auditů dodavatele

Abstract

This diploma thesis contains an analysis of the current state of the internal audit of QMS and EMS and of the supplier audits in the company MASSAG Stamping, Inc. This system is described in the company instruction called „Internal QMS and EMS audit and supplier audit“. Based on this analysis many lacks were found e.g. the audit plans are released only just for half of the year and therefore does not comply with standards, some of the activities described are inapprehensible or not does not already, audits based on claims are not made too, etc. Due to these lacks is in this thesis suggested a new instruction, including the updated annexes, which complies with the requirements of current standards and also with the company MASSAG Stamping, Inc.
