Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to implement a calculator for automated optimize dose of contrast agent at radio-diagnostics methods. The work contains a clear summary of currently used contrast agents in CT, MRI and USG diagnosis (contrast agents based on iodine, gadolinium and microbubbles), as well as their side effects, all equations for glomerular filtration and values needed to create a functional calculator in programming language C#. The application is controlled via a graphical user interface, where all individual input parameters could be changed by user (sex, weight, amount of creatinine, indication, etc.).
