Financování rekonstrukce zimního stadionu Opava

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je financování rekonstrukce zimního stadionu Opava. Hlavním cílem této práce je na základě analýzy hospodaření města, navrhnout možnosti financování rekonstrukce popřípadě výstavby nového zimního stadionu. Z vypracovaných návrhů následně vybrat ten nejvhodnější způsob financování. Dílčím cílem práce je zhodnotit celkové výdaje z rozpočtu na sportovní činnost a dále navrhnout způsoby či možnosti rozvoje hokejového klubu HC Slezan Opava. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy územní samosprávy, principy hospodaření a zdroje financování. V praktické části je analyzován rozpočet města Opavy a výdaje na sportovní činnost. Čtvrtá část rozebírá konkrétní zdroje financování rekonstrukce zimního stadionu. V páté kapitole jsou pak stručně uvedeny návrhy na rozvoj hokejového klubu HC Slezan Opava.

The topic of the thesis is the financing the Reconstruction of the Winter Stadium Opava. The main objective of this work is based on an analysis of management, suggesting the possibility of financing the reconstructionof the winter stadium or building a new one. The proposals drawn consequently to choose the most appropriate method of financing. A sub-goal is to evaluate the total budget expenses on sports activities and suggest ways and opportunities to develop hockey club HC Slezan Opava . In the theoretical section defines the basic concepts of local government, principles of management and funding. In the practical part is analyzed budget of Opava and expenditure on sports activities. The fourth section discusses the specific sources of funding for reconstruction of the winter stadium.The fifth chapter then briefly set out proposals for the development of the hockey club HC Slezan Opava.
