Abstract

The work aims to find and propose options for improving the quality of the production process steamers companies Retigo s.r.o. The theoretical part defines basic quality control methods, including basic concepts. It is in this part of the thesis outlined the problems ISO standards and chapter concludes with a theoretical definition of the topic of process management. The practical part of the sub-sub chapter introduces the company Retigo s.r.o. and this part deals with the analysis of the selected production process steamers. The results of the analysis show that in the process there are certain uncertainties with which it can work. Therefore, in conclusion, the author will propose measures to improve the quality of the monitored process.
