Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to compare the two forms of companies in the Czech Republic. The first part of the bachelor thesis describes a general partnership and a limited liability company. The second part focuses on the benefits of individual forms of business and on the use of a public company in practice from a businessman point of view. The third part describes the small and medium enterprises and informs about business support options.
