Abstract

Resume According to subject of diploma thesis Optimisation organization structure of company, work concentrates on problems regarding organization structure in company UZENINY ZÁBŘEH s.r.o. New methodology, that will contribute to achieve the goal using logical methods as analysis and synthesis, was used. Theoretical part is focused on following targets: - Define relevant terms regarding organization and organization structure - Describe basic elements of organization structure of the company and factors,that affect organization system - Analyse classic organization structures (advantages and disadvantages) and recapitulate basic differences between classics and new proposed organization structures Practical part contains information about company UZENINY ZÁBŘEH s.r.o. and it´s organization structure. New organization structure of company UZENINY ZÁBŘEH s.r.o. was proposed. Background for practical part was obtained from internal source of company. If present findings, piece of knowledge and proposals will be accepted by management of the company, it is for seen, than visions and goals of the company will be fast reached..
