Hodnocení úrovně rozhodovacích procesů v podmínkách podniku Denip, spol. s r.o.

Abstract

Bachelor work was focused on the evaluation of a level of decision-making processes in company Denip, spol. s r.o. Evaluation of these processes take place in the production department of this company. Attention was focused on problem contracts, which were previously reported problem situations. In these situations were evaluated procedure for solving the problems of competent persons. Based on this evaluation I suggested possible prevention measures, particularly for those problematic situations. When I was processing based on the theory of decision-making processes and problem solving situations. The actual application of the theoretical bases used internal resources of the company, in particular testimony of competent persons, and review of internal documents. Analysis pointed to potential trouble spots in the manufacturing process, which is mainly influenced by the human resources.
