Abstract

The aim of this work is to evaluate the selected property is rented by three methods, which in the Czech Republic to the measurement used. Thesis comprises six chapters. The introduction outlines the problem of valuation and the laws by which this process is governed by the Czech Republic. In the second chapter explained the basics concepts associated with the measurement and valuation methods explained with calculations. The third chapter then includes a rationale for selection of the property. The practical part is contained in chapter four. The selected property here is valued by all three methods. The fifth chapter is an overall assessment of the results, which occurred in the previous chapter and explained the differences between the observed values
