Abstract
Submision of my graduation theses was Czech republic tax policy and it is impact on purchasing of chose in possesion through loan or leasing. Essay is divided in five partion. In first segment is determined general point - if tax influence purchase of possession. In chapter two define leasing and loan. Development of tax in Czech republic in yeart 2008-2010 is in third head. Next to last chapter analyze impact tax on purchasing of chose in possession through loan and leasing. Produce of lacation is digest contents in finale part of my graduation theses.
