Abstract

The theme of this thesis is dealing with competition analysis on the cycling equipment market. The aim of this thesis is to propose solutions that will help to increase company the competitiveness of the Godzzila Bikes Shop, to get stronger and to get more stable market positions. In the theoretical part are described general issues of competition, competition analysis and methods of the competition analysis. In the practical part of the thesis is realized competitive analysis on the cycling equipment market using Porter's five forces model and research methods mystery shopping and mystery mailing. Based on the results of this competitive analysis I present suggestions and recommendations that could improve the competitiveness of the Godzzila Bikes Shop and improve its market position.
