Zabezpečení tepelné elektrárny prostředky technické ochrany objektů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zabezpečením tepelné elektrárny prostředky technické ochrany objektů. V úvodních částech jsou popsány právní předpisy, technické normy a pojmy, které se vztahují k zabezpečení objektu. V dalších částech jsou popsány technické prostředky ochrany objektů, který tvoří komplex fyzické ochrany. Stručně jsou zde popsány budovy tepelné elektrárny, které jsou důležitou součástí fungování elektrárny. Jednou z nejdůležitější části této práce je bezpečnostní analýza, která vyhodnocuje rizika, díky nimž jsem vytvořila dva návrhy zabezpečení tepelné elektrárny i s ekonomickou kalkulací.

This thesis is concerned with the security of thermal power plants means of technical protection facilities. The opening sections discuss legal regulations, technical standards and concepts that relate to the security of the building. The next sections describe the technical means of protection objects, which forms a complex physical protection. There are briefly described building thermal power plants, which are an important part of the functioning of the plant. One of the most important part of this thesis is safety analysis with risk assessment, on base of them I have created two security proposals thermal power and their economic calculations.
