Abstract

The Bachelorship Thesis summarizes the observations related to the influence of industrial zone on economy and growth of communities. The first section contains the main features for the community characteristics. It also explains the methods of community financing. It evaluates not only the community financial situation, but also the human aspect. The next section is focused on industrial zones. It describes the main conditions of selecting the location for an industrial zone establishment. The community economy is analyzed based on the knowledge of the community and industrial zones. The next section evaluates the community economy analysis results. The influences of the industrial zones on a community are evaluated in the conclusion of the Thesis.
