Abstract

The subject of this thesis is an analysis of supplier relations for the assessment of suppliers. This work describes the importance of understanding customer-supplier relationship a partnership, the activities of purchase, customer requirements for their suppliers. The main part of this work explains valuation of suppliers in detail and especially analyzes various methods of evaluation of suppliers. A practical example describes the procedure for evaluation of suppliers in the company XYZ.
