Využívání a podpora větrné energie v EU

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na podporu větrné energie a na její využívání na území Evropské unie. Cílem diplomové práce je objasnit problematiku větrné energie a především její podpory v rámci Evropské unie, a to jak na úrovni Společenství, tak na úrovni jednotlivých členských států, a na základě toho analyzovat využívání větrné energie v Evropské unii. Druhá kapitola této práce by měla sloužit jako stručné uvedení do samotné problematiky větrné energie a popis zařízení využívajících tento druh energie. Základní legislativu v oblasti OZE a samotný systém podpory větrné energie v EU popisuje třetí kapitola. Tento systém je založen především na programech EU, v rámci kterých probíhají konkrétní projekty na podporu větrné energie. Tato kapitola také stručně charakterizuje jednotlivé systémy podpory větrné energie ve všech členských zemích EU, které využívají několik typů nástrojů, nejčastěji výkupní ceny či zelené certifikáty. Na tuto kapitolu navazuje analýza využívání větrné energie v EU. Na základě výzkumu provedeném v diplomové práci lze konstatovat, že EU systematicky podporuje větrnou energii, která díky této podpoře získává na významu.

The diploma thesis is focussed on use and support of wind energy in the area of European Union. The aim of this diploma thesis is to clarify the issue of wind energy and especially its support within the European Union, not only at the Community level, but also at the level of each EU member state, and based on this is analyzed the use of wind energy in the European Union. The second chapter of this thesis should serve as a brief introduction into issue of wind energy and description of installations using this type of energy. The third chapter describes the basic legislation in field of RES and EU´s wind energy support system. This system is based especially on programs of EU, within them proceed the concrete projects for support the wind energy. This chapter also briefly characterizes the particular wind energy support systems in all member countries of the EU, which use several types of instruments, mostly feed-in prices or green certificates. On this chapter relates the analysis of use of wind energy in the EU. On the basis of research executed in the diploma thesis may be enunciate, that EU systematically supports the wind energy, which thanks to this support becomes significant.
