Abstract
In the submitted work I present a proposal of preparation and mining of fissile slate without utilization of blasting, at the Čermná ve Slezsku deposit. A new mining method, using the cutting machine was developer for this deposit. A brief characteristics of the deposit and its geology and history is described in the introductory part of my thesis. A key factor of the mining method design was the evaluation of geomechanical properties of the deposit, which determined the size of the mining chambers, using a finite element computer model of the Midas GTS programme. In the following chapter, the preparatory works at the deposit and the technology of mining using cutting machine is described. In the end I evaluated technical and economical indicators for deposit preparation and mining of fissile slate themselves.
