Abstract

The objective of the bachelory work is to develop design of administration building under construction for the building permission and to develop proposal of the financial intensity of the building. The object is situated in the industrial zone of the urban neighbourhood Miroslav which is appointed for build-up area of the civil facilities.The design includes developed design and project documentation accordance with building act and the relevant standards. In the technological part of the bachelory work is developed detailed item budget with sheet measure and all cost calculation of the construction. The last part of the work is to compile detailed working schedule during build-up.Consequence of the bachelory work is 4-storied administration building which is appointed for technical operation of administration
