Zhodnocení efektivnosti investice na pořízení třídičky

Abstract

The diploma thesis investigates the effectiveness of the investment in the purchase of a sorter of capitalized material obtained (aggregates) from the reconstruction of the railway siding. The work follows on from the bachelor's thesis, where it was recommended to set up a profit center in the metallurgical plant. Here, the material would be sorted and renovated, which could be used further. Various investment evaluation methods are used to evaluate the effectiveness of an investment, including: the return on investment method, the repayment period method, the net present value method and the internal rate of return method. All these methods were subsequently evaluated both within the planned investments and within the pessimistic and optimistic variants.
