Origami

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobou bronzového odlitku pomocí papírového modelu origami metodou přesného lití. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá historií výroby papíru, skládání papíru se zaměřením na japonské umění origami. Dále je zde popsána metoda přesného lití. Experimentální část popisuje výrobu papírového modelu origami, jeho následnou povrchovou úpravu, formování do sádrové formy, postup vyžíhání formy, odlévání a závěrečné úpravy odlitku. Výsledkem práce je návod na zhotovení tenkostěnných odlitků origami metodou přesného lití.

This dissertation focuses on the creation of bronze casts with the aid of a paper origami piece using a method of precision casting. The theoretical section of this dissertation concerns the history of creating paper and folding paper with a focus on the Japanese art of origami. Further one may find the method described for precision casting. The experimental section describes the creation process of the origami model, the further surface treatment, formation into a plastered form, the method of annealing, casting and final adjustments of the cast. The result of this dissertation is a guide to completing thin-walled casts with a method of precision casting.
