Uvedení a provoz koncových mobilních zařízení na trh

Abstract

Whole Bachelor thesis talks about commissioning and operation of mobile terminal devices on the market. I will try to put whole topic to analysis between the Czech Republic and European union solutions to this problem, as its very common to deliver new mobile products these days. The Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU (RED) establishes a regulatory framework for placing radio equipment on the market. The Radio Equipment Directive is same for all the countries in the European union and it ensures a single market for radio equipment by setting essential requirements for safety and health, electromagnetic compatibility, and the efficient use of the radio spectrum. Czech Republic uses the Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU (RED) since 2016. Whole thesis shows view on European union market situation and how mobile terminal devices are being operated.
