Financial Analysis of Selected Company

Abstract

Financial analysis is one of the main elements of the company's complex financial management. A wide range of financial metrics are useful for assessing a company's financial performance. The goal is to analyze and evaluate the financial performance of the company and provide recommendations for the future development of the company. The goal of the thesis is to apply financial analysis methodology in order to assess the financial performance of Weibo Corporation from 2015 to 2019. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter expounds the content and structure of the thesis. The second chapter introduces the financial analysis methods. The third chapter introduces the characteristics of the company. The fourth chapter, we use common-size analysis and financial ratios to analyze the financial status of Weibo Corporation. The last chapter is the conclusion of the whole thesis.

Finanční analýza je jedním z hlavních prvků komplexního finančního řízení společnosti. Pro hodnocení finanční výkonnosti společnosti je užitečná celá řada finančních metrik. Cílem je analyzovat a vyhodnotit finanční výkonnost společnosti a poskytnout doporučení pro budoucí vývoj společnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je aplikovat metodiku finanční analýzy za účelem posouzení finanční výkonnosti společnosti Weibo Corporation od roku 2015 do roku 2019. Tato práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola popisuje obsah a strukturu práce. Ve druhé kapitole jsou představeny metody finanční analýzy. Ve třetí kapitole je charakterizována analyzovaná společnost. Ve čtvrté kapitole je společnost Weibo Corporation analyzována pomocí horizontální a vertikální analýzy a poměrových ukazatelů. Poslední kapitolou je závěr celé práce.
