Brownfieldy v Pardubickém kraji

Abstract

KAŠPAR, V. Brownfields in the Pardubice region. Ostrava 2021 Bachelor thesis. VSB-Technical University of Ostrava, Supervisor: Doc. Ing. Barbara Vojvodíková, Ph.D. This bachelor thesis focuses on the categorization of brownfields. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis describes approaches to categorization of the brownfields in chosen states and also describes division, according to the economic attraction of brownfields in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, there is a database of brownfields in the Czech Republic and comparison of structure of information provided in the chosen databases. The second part and the main point of this thesis is about designing and application of evaluation model of brownfields in the Pardubice region. The model is formed on the basis of commonly available data in the databases. The model categorizes locations of brownfields into the categories A, B, C. The aim of the model is to compare the regenerative potential of locations in the Pardubice region. In the last part it creates a basic economical evaluation for regeneration of the area Traktorka u Javůrky in Holice in the Czech Republic.
