Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the satisfaction of employees by the company Dura Automotive systems CZ, s. r. o. This company is engaged in manufacturing of cables for automatic gear systems, manual gear systems and mechanisms. The basis of this bachelor thesis is a survey of the topics, the results of which will be processed in the practical part. In the theoretical part of the preparation of documents used for the preparation of the practical part. On the basis of the completed questionnaire are designed specific recommendations and measures for improvement. In conclusion, the paper evaluated the whole bachelor thesis.
