Abstract

The topic of my thesis is the change of using two houses in the Masaryk Square in Hodonin. From partially used objects a proposal for multi-purpose building is developed in three variants - in all cases the first floor is reserved for civic amenities, in the remaining floors rental flats are designed. The final version is developed within the specified range in the text and the drawing part, including economic evaluation, taking into account the partial use of the loft areas where flats are designed once again. In this variant there are also taken into account the requirements for barrier-free use of buildings.
