Abstract

The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the webdesign and optimization for search engines. In the theoretical part of the work focuses on explaining the basic concepts associated with the creation of the site. These include a hypertext markup language HTML, Cascading Style Sheets CSS, PHP programming language or scripting language JavaScript. The solution includes also web graphics and the fundamentals of SEO. In the practical part there are all used the knowledge to the actual creation of a new website which is designed to completely new graphic design, new logo. The work contains a description of the actual site template, content management system implementations, SEO methods are applied and presented the results of work by measuring traffic with Google Analytics.
