The aim of thesis is development study of individual housing in a part location Z10 in Pržno village. The content of this work is primarily urban solution of a new construction of family houses with regard to the master plan a limits of the area. Urban planning proposals are dealt variously with that one variant is further processed to final form of territorial study. The study contains a description of the current area, drafting solution of transport and technical infrastructure, the design of public space areas, areas of public facilities, visualization and processing areas preliminary calculations of financial costs of the selected options.
