Abstract

The bachelory diploma engages in grant participation on budget of Loučná nad Desnou village, which takes place close to Šumperk. Theoretical part of thesis describes a position of the villages in the public authority system and defines village´s authorities. It also describes management of villages and budgetary determination of taxes in the Czech Republic. In practical part there´s executed the analysis of village´s management from 2006 to 2010 and analysis of received grants, with an aim at kinds of received grants and analysis of investments between the years 2006 and 2011. The aim of this bachelory diploma is to evaluate the grant impact on the village´s management and then especially to find how large is an involvement of grants in total village´s incomes.
