Analýza výrobního procesu s ohledem na jeho propustnost a synchronizaci

Abstract

In this thesis I analyzed processes in the company Bike Fun International s.r.o. I tried to find the limiting factors in production. I was led by Theory of Constraints by Israeli scientist, teacher, philosopher and top manager Dr. Eliyahu M. Goldratt. A key element of this theory is to find the so-called bottleneck in production, which is a place with low production capacity. Theory of constraints has no prescribed method of calculation, it´s only philosophy. Directed by this philosophy, I created my own methods of calculation, based on logical reasoning. Using these methods I found a bottleneck in production. In conclusion I propose a solution that has zero funding requirements and increase the productivity of the entire company by 10%.
