Projevy formování transnacionálních podniků v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

Disertační práce na téma Projevy formování transnacionálních podniků v Moravskoslezském kraji se zabývá transnacionálními podniky, resp. jejich podnikatelskými jednotkami umístěnými v Moravskoslezském kraji a hodnotí tyto podniky z hlediska naplnění pojetí transnacionálního podnikání a z pohledu konkurenceschopnosti. Transnacionální společnosti jsou zařazeny mezi nové formy podnikání, jsou vysoce dynamické a vzhledem k jejich rozmístění po celém světě mají vysoký stupeň konkurenčního potenciálu. Disertační práce se soustřeďuje na podniky umístěné v Moravskoslezském kraji, které mají zahraniční mateřskou nebo partnerskou společnost, jsou pod jejím kontrolním vlivem a dochází zde k přesunu zdrojů a potenciálů. Dále se disertační práce zabývá transnacionálním podnikáním ve virtuálním prostoru, neboli vytvořením virtuální integrace a naplněním stupňů virtualizace podnikání. Průzkum je založen na formulování hlavního cíle a dílčích cílů, které jsou rozvinuty formulací výzkumných problémů. Vybrané výzkumné problémy jsou v disertační práci doplněny hypotézami. Ověřování těchto výzkumných problémů a hypotéz je realizováno dotazováním cíleně vybrané skupiny respondentů a dotazováním vybraných expertů. Cílem doktorské disertační práce je ověřit teoretické poznatky z oblasti transnacionálního podnikání na konkrétních transnacionálních firmách (podnikatelských jednotkách) působících v Moravskoslezském kraji se zaměřením na jejich konkurenceschopnost a zobecnit získané poznatky pro potřeby dalšího výzkumu, výuky a implementace v praxi. Popsané teoretické přístupy k problematice transnacionálního podnikání a konkurenceschopnosti jsou v disertační práci ověřovány v praktických podmínkách, a to formou empirického výzkumu. Disertační práce je soustředěna do prostředí Moravskoslezského kraje, který v posledních letech usiluje o přilákání investorů z různých oblastí světa, aby zde vytvořili své pobočky. Nutno však zdůraznit, že řešená problematika má charakter znalostního kapitálu jednotlivých investorů, kteří jen obtížně poskytují svá data. Přes toto omezení se podařilo sjednotit požadované informace a vytvořit závěry práce.

Doctoral thesis on the topic Formation Effects of Transnational Companies in the Moravian-Silesian Region considers transnational companies; especially their business units situated in Moravian-Silesian region and evaluate them from the point of view of responding to theory of transnational entrepreneurship and from the point of view of competitiveness. Transnational companies are ranked among new forms of enterprise, they are very dynamic and they have a high level of competitiveness potential with regard to their location all over the World. Doctoral thesis is focused on enterprises situated in Moravian-Silesian region that have foreign maternal or Partner Company, that are under their influence and realize movement of potential and sources. Further doctoral thesis considers transnational entrepreneurship in virtual space or realization of virtual integration and fulfillment of level of virtualization in entrepreneurship. The research is based on the formulation of the main goal, also partial goals that are developed into formulation of research questions. Verification of these research questions and hypothesis is realized by questioning selected group of respondents and questioning chosen experts. The main goal of this doctoral thesis is to verify the theoretical knowledge from the field of transnational entrepreneurship in concrete transnational firms (business units) in the Moravian-Silesian region with a view to their competitiveness. The aim is also to generalize new knowledge for the next research, education and practical implementation. Describer theoretical approaches to question of transnational entrepreneurship and competitiveness are verified in concrete practical conditions by using empirical research. Doctoral thesis is focused on environment of Moravian-Silesian region where can be recognized endeavor after gaining investors from various parts of the World to set up here their units. It is necessary to emphasize that solved problem has character of knowledge capital of particular investors, who very hardly offer their data for research. Despite of this limit required information were integrated and conclusions were worked out.
